TLJ Mobile Keys Security Update

At the top of our list of ‘must haves’ is the safety and security of our clients and end-users.

The cloud storage for TLJ’s Mobile Keys service is provided by UKFast - the UK’s largest privately-owned hosting provider with more than two decades’ experience in cloud, co-location and dedicated hosting.

They are performing maintenance to our core network over two consecutive nights to mitigate against a bug identified in the NX-OS which runs on the core routers in this network segment.

The work is scheduled to run between 22:00 (GMT) on 11/03 and 02:00 (GMT) on 12/03, then between 22:00 (GMT) on 12/03 and 02:00 (GMT) on 13/03.

Whilst this maintenance is not expected to be service affecting, due to the nature of the work, there is a possibility of a brief interruption to service during one stage of the work on each night. This stage will take place between 22:00 and 23:59 and any impact should be for no more than 15 minutes.

Even if service is affected, end users will still be able to use any TLJ Mobile Keys already downloaded to their devices. If you have any questions please call 01482 830334 and choose Option 2 for TLJ Technical Support.
