TLJ employees Kane Sutherby (pictured left) and Callum Allinson have both attained their Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment (QCF). This CITB Approved Qualification is a vital step in any construction employee obtaining their Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card. As part of TLJ’s “we’ve got your back” approach, these qualifications are yet another example of how we shoulder the burden of responsibility in the key areas of safety and security.
Claire Martin, TLJ’s Heath and Safety Manager, said:
“We couldn’t be more proud of Kane and Callum. This achievement demonstrates how our staff live and breathe the values of health and safety every working day. It’s good for them, and good for our business. Kane has recently completed his apprenticeship and is one of our Support Services Technicians, and Callum is our new Support Services Apprentice. It’s testament to TLJ’s commitment to staff training and development, and to Kane and Callum’s hard work. Well done guys!”
