On the right track in Q2

​A cracking start to the second quarter of 2019, as our customers tell us we’re doing the right thing.

The trend of positive TLJ customer feedback has continued into April, a small selection of which we’re sharing here:

Most of the feedback comes from the project sign-off sheets that are completed jointly by the client and their TLJ project manager. We also encourage customer comments following technical support requests. Claire Martin, TLJ’s Quality Manager, said:

It’s great that the positive messages we receive are continuing into the second quarter of the year. We’ve worked really hard in recent times to drive up quality throughout our business, putting rigorous policies and procedures in place, employing some very talented people and ensuring that we’ve all had the education and training we need to deliver a first class customer experience. We’re not entirely there yet, but the efforts are definitely paying off. The fact we’re getting great feedback, have secured both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for another year and employ award-winning apprentices is testament to this.
