FutureSens integration is go

Two boutique hotel projects are showcasing TLJ’s latest collaboration with automated check-in provider FutureSens

The Bedford Swan Hotel and the Cromwell Hotel in Stevenage have taken contactless electronic access to the next level with TLJ and FutureSens, a Glasgow-based hotel automation specialist.

The new integration allows fully contactless check-in and room entry, via one of FutureSens’ range of self service kiosk solutions. Room access is via automated key card encoding or, if the hotel has TLJ’s Mobile Key compatible locks installed, via the guest’s smartphone.

As the hospitality industry moves out of COVID-19 lockdown, contactless operation of the check-in/check-out process is likely to feature on many a hotel’s priority list. It goes hand-in-hand with TLJ’s entire AntiBac range, designed to allow hotels to open safely and cleanly in the months to come.

Ian Cadden, FutureSens Account Manager, said:

TLJ Access Control now joins the list of trusted lock systems capable of automated key card encoding functionality through our wide range of kiosk solutions. We look forward to working with TLJ in the future to bring contactless check-in capabilities to more hotels.

FutureSens is just one of the growing list of third party integrations we are introducing at TLJ. As more operators demand the “smart experience” for their guests and residents, it is an area where are leading the field.
