Flexible and future-proof
An exciting feature currently in development is TLJ’s Members Area, a customer-only portal which will feature exclusive content. And the interactive theme doesn’t end there: as well as Live Chat, enquiry and call back requests, customers can raise after sales service ‘tickets’ via our convenient support form.

It had become clear that our previous website offerings were out of date and long in need of an overhaul. As well as providing poor support to our existing customers, any prospects looking for electronic locks, access control systems, hotel locks or student accommodation locks were being poorly served. Added to that, we had split our ranges across two distinct websites, which was confusing and poor practice from a web search point of view. The new site has the potential to offer so much more in terms of content and service, especially where supporting our customers is concerned. We were also careful to make the site future-proof: good examples of this are the soon-to-be-revealed Members Area and the potential to open an e-store where customers can get an instant quote and buy online.
