Going the extra mile for Nido Student

We’ve received some great feedback from Nido Student, following completion at their Arundel House residence in Coventry.

To ensure a smooth intake of new students, representatives from TLJ recently attended their opening weekend. We have customised our Mobile Keys system for Nido, allowing students to gain secure access via a dedicated smartphone app. Read more about the project here.

Following the successful opening, we received some really positive feedback from Nido Student’s Kirsty Lynch, the General Manager at Arundel House. She said:

Your engineer Chris is on site today, he has been really helpful on this very busy day and we really can’t thank him enough! I also want to say how helpful Callum has been. Every time I contact him he always helps us fix any little issues we have, and explains everything so well. Even if I’ve messaged him late or it’s the weekend he replies straight away (which I don’t expect him to do). So thanks all round!

Great feedback like this is nice to receive but, more importantly, shows that our customer-first approach really pays off. We provide this level of personal service to each and every client, which is one of TLJ’s trademarks.
